Yoga, Dance, and other Adult Classes

Moving Arts Studio is a beautiful, spacious space. Join us for an invigorating and rejuvenating yoga class or dance class! We have an amazing group of instructors who always deliver great adult movement classes. You can learn more about our team here. If you'd like to introduce a new class to our community or are interested in teaching at Moving Arts Studio we'd love to hear from you!

Our Yoga program consists of drop in classes and 4-class series scheduled in advance. Single classes are $15 and may be purchased online below, or on site before or after class. Series require advance purchase online or by calling the studio, and require minimum advanced enrollment. If a scheduled series doesn't reach minimum enrollment a week prior to the first class, students will be contacted and offered full refund or credit that may be rolled over to a different series. (*Note: yoga packs that were purchased prior to May 21 will be honored moving forward with our new yoga program. Please contact us if you have any questions.)

UPCOMING YOGA SERIES WITH YANA, 8/7, 8/14, 8/21 & 8/28, 7-8:15pm, four Monday evening yoga classes to energize and open your heart and back. A full yoga class that focuses on heart opening. This series will help release the stress and tension you keep bound up in your chest, and make you feel positively blissful. *Advanced registration required for this series, register below. Yoga series will be cancelled if enrollment is below 4 students.

NEW JAZZ CLASS TAUGHT BY ALYCE, beginning July 19, every Wednesday evening, 6:15-7:30pm. This class will give you an amazing workout while perfecting your technique. Have a blast and get sweaty with a thorough warm-up, across the floor work and combinations that will leave you feeling elated and body positive. This class is for advanced-beginning to advanced students. Modifications will be made for all levels.for all levels.

HEALTHY HAPPY HOUR, One Friday every month at 6:30pm. Join us for a one hour yoga class taught by Meghan, followed by a friendly happy hour! Please bring something to share. Check the calendar below for Happy Hour Yoga dates, or join our mailing list for updates on events.
